Does anybody else pee on themselves when throwing up ? I hate it every time I go out I pray I don't have throw up lol

And ever since Friday I been feeling sick I went to a buffet came home to throw up at 11 at night. I can't eat anymore cuz I feel like throwing up I don't have no appetite to eat anything . Help ? I'm hungry but can't eat this pregnancy isn't going to so good like my first 🤦🏻‍♀️😓
