I know it may depend on the hospital, but how did the cost of delivery work for you? Do you get a bill in the mail like an ER visit or do you pay up front?? Did you pay any type of copay at delivery? How much did you end up having to pay out of pocket? My insurance doesn't have copays and they cover 80% of any medical costs after I meet my deductible. Would delivery usually be separate from that or is that typically included? I know everyone has different insurances but I just want to hear about everyone's experiences financially. My insurance is through blue cross blue shield.
