Is something wrong?

Please help. We have been ttc baby no2 for 6 months now with no luck. With my first we got pregnant first month. Since then I have been on the Implanon but seem to have gone back to my regular 26 / 27 day cycle soon afterwards. What I am worried about is that I don't get any ewcm and my bbt is in a very high range. Pre-O (97.7-98.24) Post-O (97.88-98.78). Is this normal? My husband is also on the antidepressant cilift, has anyone had problems conceiving because of this. Thanks in advance for any help or in-sight.
