anxiety, stress, over thinking, and terrified..

My husband and I have been TTC for almost a year, with no luck. We have our first fertility appointment on May 4th and I am so excited to get answers but I am TERRIFIED.. I have horrified of needles, I'm scared of blood work. If it hurts, what's going to happen.. but I want to do anything that will help me have a baby and just get answers.. anyone help? Or have done an intake?
