do I force myself to eat?

I'm really, really sick. And I haven't eaten in 2 days because I've lost my appetite completely 
I have meds to take but I need to eat with them. Do I just force myself to eat?

Try nibbling on toast. Meds can be harsh on an empty stomach

In nature animals stop eating naturally when they are sick.  This is because when you are battling an illness your body needs to put forth all its energy into healing you rather than digesting food.  Your body is very smart.. if you dont want to eat, dont! You can try eatong some soup or crackers if that appeals to you but dont fret if you arent hungry.. just eat something with meds if its required. I personally dont take medication though because the body knows how to heal itself. Just drink lots of distilled and alkaline water.

I recommend reading Paul Braggs book too called the Miracle of Fasting. It changed my life!!

You should definately try to eat something. You didn't say you felt sick when you ate just no appitite so you should be okay to eat little bits when you take your medication.

Try anything bland because foods with too much flavor will probably make you sick.
