charley horse?

I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I get one almost every night, I wake up with it, could it possibly be a blood clot? I'm going to bring it up to my doctor tomorrow, but anyone else experiencing this too??

Got one every night for 2 weeks straight & realized it was from sleeping on my back!

I get them when I don't keep up on my water intake. I never notice them when I'm well hydrated.

Yepppp. All the time. I got good at telling when one would start and stretched my calf and it went away. My doctor told me to eat more bananas and started me on magnesium pills. If it were a blood clot the area would be warm and red - (not a doctor, just what I was told haha)

I'm 36 weeks and have been getting them for weeks and weeks. It's normal and nothing to worry about. What I do is sleep with a pillow between my legs and take 2 tylonel before bed to help with the pain. When I wake up from them I just change sides and that seems to help as well.

I did with my first. I think it's worse than labor! Drink lots of water. Should help them
