i swear this baby wants to come out my butt

I swear this baby wants to come out of my a$$ , seriously I have hemmoraid the size of China and it hurts so bad I cry all the time! It hurts something fierce nothing is helping, im not constipated and don't have diarrhea, I've been pooping just fine. It's just the pressure is really really really intense! I want this baby out! I only got about 5hrs of sleep I just can't sleep with this pain! 😭 37 wks today! Anyone suffering with these stupid painful things?
