I hate being broke.

This summer I'm wanting to run for my county fair pageant for the last time. Sadly I'm needing to buy a new dress... I'm trying to scrounge up money but then I end up spending it for things I really need since my mother won't provide them for me... I don't know what to do... it's getting ridiculous to the point I don't even want to. Nobody will even consider helping me.. I'm just done.
