Kidney stones during pregnancy?

I'm 17 weeks tomorrow I had an ultrasound of kidney last week.. my obgyn called me today said I have kidney stones and that it would be best for me to go to an urology has anyone had this during pregnancy I'm really worry I had a misscarrige at 22 weeks due to gallbladder stones I don't want this to happen again. 😭

I have a horrible 17yr history with kidney stones and had them during my first 2 pregnancies, and I think I've passed a small one already with this pregnancy too! - drink loads of water to keep flushing your kidneys, drink cranberry juice to prevent an infection and use hotty bottle or warm compress if you get achey in your lower back or side. If you have really bad pain go to the hospital where they will probably put you on iv fluids and give some pain relief. All the best mumma x

I'm having kidney issues at 24 weeks. It is painful, but hasn't led to any issues with the baby. You just need to go get it checked out. People can have kidney stones for years without actually passing them. Try not to worry, kidney issues are a very common occurrence with pregnant women almost all of which continue to have healthy normal pregnancies.
