When do your breasts stop growing?

This is a weird question, but when will my breasts be fully done growing? I'm 19 and the current size I wear is a UK 34 J. I noticed that my boobs spill out of it a lot and I have new stretch marks. I know I'm not pregnant, because I just had my period a week ago. Bras are exspensive and I don't want to keep buying new ones. Just wondering when the average age is when they stop growing.

I think it has to do with when you got your period/hit puberty. I didn't get mine until I was almost 17 and my breasts only really started to grow after I turned 19. I gained two cup sizes before I got pregnant but I don't know if they would have continued to grow more had I not gotten pregnant. I guess it's probably different for everyone, ask your mom when hers stopped growing
