Too soon for signs of conception?

I had sex the day after my period ended. We did not use a condom, and he did "finish" in me. I didn't have time to go get plan B. It's now 5 days later and I've noticed some nausea, bloat type pain, acid reflux, and slight loss of appetite. And this morning I notice a very metallic taste in my mouth.I am slightly concerned. I know that sperm can live inside the body for a couple of days. Any of you gals have some input that could make me feel better? Or worse? Lol
