When to call doctor?

So I'm on CD28 after having to take Provera to jumpstart my P (called on CD56 because after diagnosing me with PCOS, no one told me to call if my P never came..) I took 2.5 mg of Femara and now I'm just playing the waiting game. I never ovulated, so I'm wondering when I call my doctor to let them know? Do I still need to wait til CD45? (That was the time period they told me when I called on day 56..)
