Stop comparing yourself to other people, concentrate on things you like about yourself, and untimely if there's something you really don't like about yourself find a way to change it or accept it.

Make a list of the good things that happened to you. Every. Single. Day.

Also, if you're battling depression what really helped me after years of struggling was making a note of when I was upset throughout the day and then before bed trying to piece together why I felt that way and what I could do next time to prevent me slipping mentally.

And don't be scared to talk to a professional. Having an outside, caring, unbiased and safe ear to listen and talk through whatever you're going through does wonders.

Take time to  yourself to focus on the things you like and enjoy. Don't compare your body or your life situations to anyone else's. Also seek help...contact your local family doctor or therapist to help you through this time. You will be in my prayers!
