3 days till AF

So I am 3 days away from AF...I am normally very regular and have crazy symptoms before she comes. Very tender breasts, acne, cramping, etc...This month, I have NONE of that. I experienced some nausea last night and this morning while getting ready for work. Could no PMS symptoms mean I could potentially be pregnant? Husband and I didn't BD as much as we would've liked this month so I definitely thought I was out. Anyone experience something like this and got their BFP?
