month 8 at 35 and feel so down 😟

Just got AF for the 7th time and feel so discouraged this cycle. I do understand it can take time and lot of ladies have been trying a lot longer than me 😘 I have a 10 year old daughter who was conceived in a month so silly me thought it would happen again! I have been taking all the right pre natals and tried SMEP, I KNOW my cycle, tried not to care, tried to care, Taken pineapple, laid down after BD,used OPKs, checked my cm, been checked for ovulation after 5 months TTC and I'm still ok! We have the fertility specialist on 8th of May for a semen analysis and what's our next steps from that but any words of wisdom or even encouragement would be appreciated today 💔
