Misscarage

I was told on 11th April I had lost my baby at 6 weeks but I've read that some people had same issues as me and were still pregnant

I started with period like cramps n then light bleeding which got heavier no clots but I went to the hospital and the doctor said she had pulled some tissue out of me which she said is normal for 6 weeks but there would be more yet no more came and I stopped bleeding on the 14th April

I would be 9 weeks pregnant and need your opinion my partner can hear a heart beatin that's different to my pulse and my own heart rate which is even more confusing
