Who does sample bags?

So I'm all about sample bags I had my last baby almost 7 years ago I'm lost ok lol. I just went over the 2 babies r us bags (they had a walk through event and gave us a second smaller bag) target bag and amazon box😍 so we kinda have a good variety of things I can't wait to try. Now I'm wondering who else does the sample bags because I plan on trying everything to see what works best and utilizing these coupons (trying to get into couponing) who else does the sample bags?
