TMI...ladies help! I'm bleeding but only slightly!

Ladies I have never bled during any early stage of pregnancy (this is my third) I've never miscarried either. Today after my first day of true throwing up morning sickness I noticed this dried blood in my underwear. It's a very small amount but I'm freaking out. I checked my cervix after noticing this and there was no blood on my fingers and no blood tinged cervical mucus, just lost of lotion like white CM. I also check myself to make sure it wasn't an external cut (it wasn't.) however, I did notice my cervix felt slightly low/firm/ and partially open. Anybody else experience this? I've text my OB and I'm waiting for her feedback but as someone who has gone through neonatal loss recently I'm always anxious. I need my rainbow😭🌈
