Cramping during sex 😣😩😣

Ok so my first pregnancy was a breeze compared to this one and so many differences. It was also 12 years ago (he turns 12 this October 😍). This pregnancy I have had horrific morning sickness, cramping off and on (very severe for a week or so), and now a new one: cramping during and after sex. I had none of this with my first child! Is this normal? Has anyone else had such widely different pregnancies? Why in the world would I have cramping after sex that leaves me in tears? I have emailed my doctor to ask if I should just refrain completely for a while because I'm worried. This is a high risk pregnancy and little Lump is kicking mamma's butt! lol. I finally had to break down and ask for nausea meds last weekend because I was unable to eat or drink and continue to lose weight. That's all ok I guess. The biggest worry is the sex cramping.
