Can heartbeat stop after it starts?

Had an ultrasound at 6 weeks and a few days. Baby's heart rate was only 100.. I was wondering if baby's heartbeat could stop and it be a miscarriage? Won't have another ultrasound until Monday. 💔

Unfortunately it can happen. I had three Ultrasounds with confirmed heartbeats then lost the baby by 10 weeks to a missed miscarriage sometime after 8 weeks. It was devastating but five months later we conceived again and I'm now 10+2w with a healthy baby!

Very best of luck and try not to worry, at this point there's not much you can do besides make sure you are eating healthy and taking care of yourself to make your body the best baby house you can! ❤️

I'm 31 weeks, my baby's heart beat has stopped a few times and it started again(just a couple of weeks ago it happened a few times) it was one of the scariest moments in my life!!! The dr keep assuring me that it sometimes happens but I live in fear still!!!

The fetal heartrate is normal for 6 weeks! Anything can happen at any time of your pregnancy remember that 💙 I wouldn't stress too much about it.
