37 weeks 4days‼️ baby boy already weighs 7lb 9oz I've gained a total of 75 pounds 😳 I'm 1 cm dilated 80% effaced and doc can feel baby's head anyone have any advice on how to speed things up and little I'm scared I can't deliver vaginally cause he's big
