Horrible Boob Pain!

So for the last year, I've been having sore / tender breasts everytime I get my period. I've always had irregular periods meaning I don't get it every month. But now I've been feeling this pain on a daily. We've been TTC for almost 3 years and still no luck. Does anyone feel this pain or know why it's hurting so much? I do have a doctors appointment coming up in May but hopefully it's nothing serious! Also any remedies to help ease the pain?
