Update on L&D question
Thanks for all who viewed the previous post and commented. Hubby got worried and took us there. Man it was a long night. The good things....
No high blood pressure
No thyroid issues
No issues with the heart
Baby was moving and had a great heart
Got Taco Bell afterwards.
The bad....
They have no clue why I'm having consistent contractions (every 2-3 minutes) with no changes to the cervix. In fact the cervix is high, thick, and no bigger than a finger tip open. They can't figure out why I get heart palpitations or tightening of the chest during it all. They sent us home since I have a follow up today with my doctor. Was given a list of things to watch for. It's weird! Managed to get some sleep, woke up and the contractions are still there, but not painful. It'll be an interesting discussion with the doc today that's for sure! 😑 but in the end we're very happy she's still doing great!
