Nausea solutions

Anyone know of nausea and vomiting remedies? I am on my feet all day long and moving around all day long. I havent been able to be my usual self all week and it's making me crazy. Been nauseated but actually threw up today for the first time. Any body had anything that's worked for them. I'm tired and pretty desperate. I can't keep going on like this..
