Clingy Mom

I'm 26 and my mom is 45. She is newly divorced and wants to come over to our house and hangout every weekend. I'm married and have a 1 yr old. So I understand quick visits to see her granddaughter. But she always wants to hangout every weekend. Sat/sun are the only days my husband and I have to spend as a family so she gets upset when we make our own plans. She doesn't have adequate funds either, so if we do invite her for anything we have to pay. She always wants to go out, or just have me and my lo to herself. Ive tried telling her I'm married and have a life of my own but she doesn't seem to get that she is so intrusive. She is only like this with me. She doesn't act this way towards my brother who is also married. What do I do?
