4wks 5days pregnant & worried! Plz Help! :-/

Hi ladies I'm exactly 4 wks 5 days pregnant. Today I started feeling a light dull pain on my right side & it's been consistent on & off for about 5 hrs now. Anyone ever experienced this or may have suggestions about what it could be? I haven't had many pregnancy symptoms either except slightly sore breast. I'm a bit worried. My 1st apt is not until May 8th & even then they won't do a sono nor check for a heartbeat.
