late period

It's been 38-39 days since my last cycle. For the past two weeks, I've been experiencing pretty bad dizziness, nasseua, but last Thursday I had taken a pregnancy test and it was negative? Anyone experience this before and had your BFP? Cervix is high and not low like it's supposed to be before AF. Any ideas? Went to the doctors Tuesday, told her about it but wouldn't get blood work done. She says it may be a little bit early. Thanks for insight, ladies!!
