sore nipples

had sex early morning the monday after easter, so the 17th at like 2am ish. yesterday my nipples started getting sore. i'm on a low hormone birth control, week 1-3 have different levels of hormones and then week 4  is sugar/placebo; i'm currently on week 2. after i thought about it though, my nipples do get sore around this time and my ovary area is kind of crampy but i'm constiptated(thanks BC) so that's normal..... but i'm still so paranoid and anxiety ridden. my periods due in 13 days according to eve.

edit: forgot to add, when i press on my boobs where the nipple is, it doesn't really hurt it's only when i squeeze the nipple itself they hurt.
