relationship a few months after failed engagement

I'm like falling in love or something!!!! I was engaged to be married this September and called it off early December. Now an old friend just kinda popped back into my life and I'm so sprung on him. Should I consider getting into another relationship?  We've been hanging out a lot and sleeping at each other's houses a lot. Ugh I like him :3 :)) I haven't liked to hang out with and have sex with a dude like this in years it feels like :3
