TMI Posts & Glow Update

This is not meant to offend anyone at all but does eve / glow no longer cover up TMI photo posts to warn someone it's TMI or are people just not using that feature / the feature is too hard to find? Don't get me wrong, I think it's super important to get answers to these questions but I was eating a tapioca pudding cup when scrolling on here and I saw a photo of some chunky yeast infection-like discharge and almost gagged. Needless to say I did not finish my pudding cup. So... just wondering.
