Sciatica?

Question

Who do I talk to about sciatica? Do I talk to my OB/GYN or my regular primary physician?? I'm 98.999% sure I have it. Its beginning to get worse. Pain from the right side of my butt all the way down to my foot. 😔😓 -I am 14w5d

Neither can do anything for you. You should see a physiotherapist. That was all that worked for my sciatica!

Talk to your OB. Mine told me Tylenol was pretty much my only option and just keep moving.

I think you get told you just gotta suck it up, take some paracetamol if needed and just try and stretch it out :/  physiotherapists or chiropractor may be able to help or you can search videos on YouTube of sciatica relieving stretches and positions.
