Does how much you gain during pregnancy have an effect on how much your baby weighs at birth ?!

It can, but it's just one of many factors...genetics is the biggest one. It's not a direct correlation....so not eating won't give you a small baby...but excessive weight gain can lead to other issues...diabetes, inactivity...which then leads to other things....and there are other reasons why you may gain weight...swelling, etc...

Nope. I actually lost 33lbs during my pregnancy n my baby girl was a healthy 6.14lbs

It's hard to say. I know women that barely gained weight and had 8lb+ babies and women that gained 80 pounds and had 6-7 pound babies. It might correlate but it's not a given.

Not at all. I was really sick my whole pregnancy so i got down to around 100lbs and baby was still growing. I ended up at 125 (pre-pregnancy weight) for her birth and she was an 8 pounder after everyone thought shes be around 6 because of how small i was. Baby is going to take whatever nutrients they need to grow and you get everything else. My sister gained over 50lbs and only had a 6lb baby at 42weeks so.
