mom talks to me about delivery

Yesterday I had a talk with my mother to express all my concerns. I told her I was scared of labor and I might just panic and start crying before the pain even hits. She told me not to cry because then I won't be able to control my breathing which helps with the pain. She told me not to worry about labor and that once I have my baby in my arms none of that will matter. 💙💙😭  I really needed to hear that.
