freaking out SNOMED code logged in problems

I get a health summary texted to me after my prenatal visits. I'm 34 weeks and had an ultrasound two days ago. Got my text this morning and they logged a SNOMED code under problems and conditions. All it says is antenatal screening for fetal growth retardation. During the ultrasound they were saying how perfect and healthy he is. I'm confused.
