DON'T MOCK THE THINGS THAT OTHERS TAKE SERIOUSLY
I have posted about this wicked woman in my work building in these rooms before, but I'm very much over her shit this time. I have been researching bottles and am leaning towards using Comotomo bottles for multiple reasons. Being able to breastfeed (I know that it doesn't work for all women) and pump-to-bottle feed is a very important thing to me for our lifestyle. Again, I UNDERSTAND THAT IT DOESNT WORK FOR EVERYONE. This woman opens my PERSONAL laptop to see what is up on the screen (this is a frequent thing that pisses me off) I'm not hiding anything, but I work with mostly men except for her and I, and I am very aware of how they are feeling and what makes them uncomfortable. But it is what it is.
Anyway she bursts out saying "this is ridiculous, you don't need those!" Because I hate her, my blood is already boiling. She continues "my daughters used the playtex bottles and were fine, those are dumb, and you're dumb to spend that money on them." 😡 then everyone started in on me.
I will spend money on WHATEVER THE HELL I WANT TO for my child. I know that your baby chooses what bottles they like, but if I can do a little reasearch and make an educated prediction, to make myself feel better. That's what I'm going to do. And I'll be damned if you are going to walk around and mock the things that I take seriously.
