how can I handle irritation from soap?

My sister is super sensitive and she hasn't been able to find a suitable soap to wash her lady parts without causing lots of irritation. Two days ago she tried using a new soap and since then her discharge has been thick and sticky, she's also been experiencing itchiness and smelly pee. What should she do? Can anyone help please?
