what should I do?

After I have sex, I go to the restroom to clean myself off. Later, when I need to pee, i feel a sharp burning pain while I pee. It goes away and then it's completely normal again. We've been using a condom so I don't know if it could be the lube on it or something but I'm scared. Did I catch something? I don't think I did since we've been using protection.
