Anyone from Pennsylvania?

And how do or did you like it there? Whats the weather like? Do you get a winter of any kind there? Etc...
My SO and I are considering moving there, and I wanted to see if I could get some info from people that have actually lived there.

My mom is! She lived in Philadelphia and a small town that I can't remember the name of. She's been living in NC since the early 80s though

I was born and raised there. The weather is okay. It takes a while to warm up after the winter season. The winter season, however, is really cold and most of the time, the kids are out of school due to snow and cold temperatures. Although, the summers are beautiful and there are a lot of places with beautiful scenery. I no longer live there, but I do go back and visit from time to time.
