Are these inappropriate for a 7yr old?

Took my girls shoe shopping today. This is one of the pairs my 7yr old picked out. I didn't even think twice about buying them. I think they're cute and they're simple/plain so they'll go with alot of her clothes. My husband saw them and immediately freaked because they have a heel. I thought they were fine, but I'm definitively not known as the most conservative person. Maybe I am crazy. So what do y'all think, are they inappropriate?
