early positive digital test

Hey lovelies! So I am currently 11 dpo I believe and AF due on May 4th. I have all positive results.. INCLUDING A DIGITAL. Is this too early? Does this mean my levels could be higher? I know only a quantitative hcg will confirm but just wondering if any of you all have had similar experiences!☺️
