My husband is a cancer survivor and during his treatment a few years ago he had chemo and radiation done. We just got our final call yesterday from our fertility doctor and he said that my husband has zero sperm count. Our doctor told us that if we wanted to we can see a urologist and see if it's even worth doing a TESE- sperm extraction. With all the chemo and radiation my husband received the doctor said the chances of finding any sperm is extreme low. I'm scared, nervous, lost and confused. We will call the doctor Monday and set an appointment to go see him. Hopefully it all goes well. Anyone go through anything similar? Any advise helps at this point. Thank you in advance.
