I have experienced every pregnancy symptom you can name and I'm having very light spotting it varies from brownish to pinkish, I'm VERY bloated, I have extreme nausea, back pains, I'm 2 months late on my period, but every test I took came out negative my blood test comes back Monday. I also have been diagnosed with PCOS. Could I be pregnant?
