low to no amniotic fluid

We found out at 22 weeks my fluid was low and sent home on immediate bedrest. YES ive been drinking NONSTOP water & coconut water. We're now 24weeks. Our appt at a specialist was this past tuesday. They noticed by ultra sound that 1 of his kidneys is kinda iffy on growth. They also could not determine his lung growth at all. The Dr. told us worst case scenario that our baby boy may not make it when he comes out. And asked if we'd like to terminate the pregnancy now or keep coming back. We chose to not give up on our baby boy. We agree to give him a fighting chance at life since the Dr could not give us a definitive answer on his lungs at all. & everything else has been fine with his growth. His heartbeat has been consistent & strong. And I do feel small movements daily from him. Anyone have a similar situation that turned out positive?! Were trying to remain as positive as we can but we know what can happen. Our hearts are breaking. He is also been breeched I think due to lack of amniotic fluidz we go back to our Dr this week & specialist in 3ish weeks.  & this is our 2nd pregnancy with our rainbow baby. 1rst pregnancy was aug 2016 miscarriage at 10-12weeks
