Spotting for 2 weeks with mild cramps HELP!!!

I was spotting for 2 wks it would come and go started spotting on april 13-27.... And it finally stopped but this morning i started having really bad/painful cramping in my abdomen above my c-section scar so I put a pad on just In case.According to glow my fertile week starts tomorrow.... I went to the restroom and noticed this on the pad. What should i do my appt with my gyno isnt until another 2 wks.... I feel the pain all the way to my back almost like contraction pains but not so intense. I took pregnancy tests they seem to have a vvvfl in person but not sure.... I NEED ADVICE LADIES!!!!
