any orthopedic specialist on here? hip issues..

I'm having hip issues. They always clicked when I walked since I was a teenager, being noticeable when I've walked a long time. Well the other day for the second time ever, my right hip felt like it came out of the socket, and got stuck that way for about a minute or two. I was crying in pain until I got it to seemingly go back in. This happened when I stood up after sitting down for 2 hours at my nieces cheer expo. Now today my other hip is noticeably clicking with every single step, and is sore without walking a lot. Haven't even left the house yet today. Any idea what is going on?! I'm only 24 😩

You have to see a doctor nobody here can give you medical advice. It can be anything you have to go see them and they'll probably have you get X-rays and an MRI of your hip to see what's happening

Go to a chiro. Having a hip come out of its socket isn't common and will not just pop back into place you'd need medical help. Talk to your ob as well

Are you pregnant? This happened to me a lot when I was pregnant. It happened before I got pregnant but not as severe. I mentioned it to my OB and she referred me to a physical therapist. They evaluated me and told me my hips were rotating severely because of the hormones that release when you're pregnant. I had to go to physical therapy three times a week until my due date and do the exercises at home every night. It helped a lot. They had me strengthen the surrounding muscles so it wouldn't get out of place so easily. After the baby it got better but I definitely still notice it sometimes. This was hugs my experience though. I would mention it to a doctor and they can lead you from there.
