im having triplets but

i don't know if i want the commitment.... I don't know how this happened.. i only wanted 1 baby 😔sorry if i sound selfish but im gettting sooo many panic attacks because of it and stressed out... This sucks so much.... should i just give 2 up for adoption ? 😕i can't afford 3 right now just 1... im a single mother now.. i live alone in an apartment.... Please help me.. 😓
