4D scan showing swollen gender

At my 2O week scan my partner & I didn't find out what we were having until the gender reveal and we're having a girl. Although we weren't fully convinced that she was a girl from the way I'm carrying and completely different from my pregnancy with my daughter(I know all pregnancy are different) so I got a 4D scan done & was told she was still a girl but she was really swollen so I couldn't properly see little girl parts. It sort of looks like little boy parts. I'm so confused although I'm happy with either gender 💖💙👼🏽
