hoping it's a sign

I had a dream about a supermarket last night then woke up to pee them dreamed of a puppy that turned into talking baby boy it was weird... but I hope this is a good sign . TTC :) Plus I keep getting hunger pains whenever I don't eat after about 4-5 hours.. and mild cramping in and off... so let's see!
