I recently started dieting along with gym workouts. I'm looking into buying post workout shakes, like protein shakes, whey powder? Clearly I'm clueless, I'm trying to get toned, but I heard you can gain weight if you drink protein shakes. I'm lost can someone help me? What do you recommend I buy? Also I'm not like a "gym addict" I'm definitely barely getting the flow of things, I've never really attended the gym up until now, I want a better body, I'm looking into becoming toned, especially abs, I want what they call "the 11s" and a nice toned booty
