Refrigerated grilled chicken?

I have been eating the chicken you can find refrigerated and bagged. I use it in wraps for lunch and I make sure that I heat it thoroughly. I've been reading some things that say this chicken should be avoided during pregnancy. Thoughts? Is it safe for baby??

No meat should be cold when you eat it while pregnant.

Its already fully cooked so if its heated all the way through you'll be fine. When things come fully cooked/ prepackaged there can be a concern of bacteria or listeria getting in there but when its heated it kills any bacteria.
